Although Easter is typically associated with the traditional 'vine' structure, Mars finds itself without a portfolio of Easter eggs in the Brazilian market. To capitalize on this seasonal opportunity, a tailored activation was developed exclusively for the GPA client (Grupo Pão de Açúcar market) and the Casino Group. This initiative aimed to captivate shoppers and drive conversion within the chocolate category during peak season.

This project represented a departure from conventional approaches, as it was tailored specifically for the retailer, resulting in increased product availability and contributing to overall business growth within GPA. Moreover, it facilitated greater shelf space and enhanced point-of-sale implementation
